The house consists , of an area where the kitchen coexists with the living room, in which there is a dining area for four people, a 32-inch flat screen smart TV and a comfortable sofa, which easily becomes a double bed, or can also be divided into two single beds if you wish. In the middle is a traditional fireplace, which you can use during the winter months, as well as an electric heater is also provided. It has a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary electrical appliances and everything one needs to prepare and serve the meals of the day.

 Next to the living room, there is a self-contained bedroom, which has a 12,000 btu/h air conditioner (cooling and heating). There is a double bed, a double closet with closed storage and two open storage shelves. Also, in the bedroom, there is the space to place a crib/crib in case there is a small family member, with a special mattress for infants and of course it is placed free of charge, upon contacting us.

In the spacious bathroom area, there is a flat shower, washing machine, hairdryer and basic toiletries such as shampoo and shower gel are provided free of charge. There is also a pharmacy with essentials. The bathroom area is heated by an electric wall heater in the winter months.

The apartment overlooks the front yard of the small guest house and the quiet family neighbourhood. It has the advantage of having a large and covered paved courtyard, with a small garden next to you, full of flowers, bougainvillea and young olive trees. In the courtyard, there is a large dining area, where you can enjoy your meals and coffee. A cool place even in summer. Also, there is free private parking for your car, which is also covered.
