The house consists, of a living room , in which there is a dining table for four people, two armchairs, a work desk, a flat 32-inch smart TV and a comfortable sofa, which easily becomes a single bed. There is in the middle a traditional wood stove, which you can use during the winter months, as well as, electric heater and air conditioner 12,000 btu/h (cooling and heating).

Next to the living room there is a self-contained, fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary electrical appliances and everything needed to prepare and serve the meals of the day. In the same area there is a washing machine.

On the other side of the living room , there is the hallway leading to the two bedrooms, in which there is also a second air conditioner 12,000 btu/h (cooling and heating). In the master bedroom , there is a double bed, a double wardrobe with closed storage and a chest of drawers. In this bedroom, there is the space to place a crib/crib in case there is a small family member, with a special mattress for infants and of course it is placed free of charge, upon contacting us.

In the second, smaller bedroom, there is a small double bed (semi-double) and an open storage wardrobe. In the winter months there are also electric radiators in the bedrooms of the house, in addition to the air conditioners.

In the modern bathroom area, next to the living room, there is a flat-screen shower, a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries such as shampoo and shower gel are provided. There is also a pharmacy with essentials. The bathroom area is heated by an electric wall-mounted air heater in the winter months.

This apartment overlooks the front yard of our small guesthouse and the quiet family neighbourhood. It has the advantage of having a large covered veranda with a spacious dining area where you can enjoy your meals and coffee. There is also free private parking for your car in the paved courtyard of our guesthouse.
