“Elia House” is in operation since the 1st of January 2020. Its name refers to a characteristic element of the region, the olive tree!
THE STONE COMPLEX OF THREE INDEPENDENT APARTMENTS IS WAITING TO ACCOMMODATE YOU. THE STAY HERE IS A JOURNEY TO THE PAST, BUT ALSO THE PAST. IT IS LOCATED IN THE PICTURESQUE VILLAGE OF MANAOULI, JUST 2 KM FROM THE ORGANIZED BEACH “CHILIADOS”, BUT ALSO 9 KM FROM THE PICTURESQUE NAFPAKTOS.

“My family envisioned to give life back to the building that many years ago was our father’s family home. So, within two years we managed to fully furnish the rooms of the stone house. We kept the traditional style and added modern elements,” explains Panos Bitsios, one of the owners.
Indeed, the owners have completely renovated the space with love and a lot of work and now the only element that reminds the old use of the building are some old objects such as grandmother’s sewing machine, which decorate the rooms of the apartments. Many have been restored and have a new aesthetic, but still reflect yesterday.

A recent addition to the complex, the studio of 26 sq.m. Totally functional, and ideal to accommodate up to 3 people.
Each apartment is self-contained, well-kept, beautifully decorated [reminiscent of the English countryside], with an emphasis on comfort and small details, and made to suit the needs of every traveller who chooses it. The exterior facades are dominated by grouted exposed stonework that visually unifies the house with the landscape. This technique can be seen in several of the rooms in both apartments and the studio.
In case you want to spend your holidays in a quiet place, you can choose according to your needs. As for your stay here, one thing is for sure: it will bring back memories of childhood holidays at grandma and grandpa’s house:

The two apartments offer beautiful and comfortable moments, they can accommodate 4 people each, and all their spaces make you feel like you are living in your own village – in your grandfather’s stone house.

The interior and exterior spaces are decorated with authentic traditional furniture and works of art that are either family heirlooms or have been crafted by the owner Christina Bitsiou with emphasis on detail. Each room has its own charm, and creates the ideal conditions for guests to feel at home from the first moment, to relax and experience moments of tranquility either with friends or family.

The apartments and the new studio offer the possibility of preparing meals, are fully equipped with modern appliances and fully functional for a pleasant stay all year round, for short term rental throughout the year. They also have a terrace, courtyard, smart TV, Air Condition, WiFi and WC accessible for disabled people.
